Job Summary/Basic Functions

The University of Mary Washington has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Building Attendant Lead. In this role, you will perform satisfactory level of housekeeping services in assigned areas through safe work practices while using proper housekeeping techniques. Maintain good working relationships with customers, staff, students, and supervisors. Will assume duties of the supervisor when the supervisor is not present.

Required KSAs/Competencies/Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of cleaning methods and practices.
  • Ability to use cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions in English, both orally and in writing.

 

Required Experience:

  • Extensive experience in housekeeping procedures.

 

Additional Considerations:

  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
