Job Summary/Basic Functions
This role is key to the creative development, execution and assessment of prospective student and influencer communication to drive inquiry, application, enrollment, registration for/attendance at events, and general engagement through our CRM (Slate). Technology continues to evolve and impact the nature of communication, access to information, media, marketing and recruitment in enrollment management. This person will work diligently to stay abreast of the opportunities and challenges Admissions-related technology trends present (for example marketing and communication implications of AI, data, social media, monitoring and listening, viral and personalized video, CRM, predictive analytics, mobile access, and online student communities) with the ultimate goal of persuasively engaging the right students with the right message at the right time to take the appropriate next step.
Required Experience:
• A minimum of two years of progressively responsible professional experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced timeline-focused environment while successfully balancing multiple priorities with maintaining accuracy.
• Proven results in goal oriented environment.
• Competency with Microsoft Office.
Additional Considerations:
Preferred Experience
• Experience working in higher education, preferably in a goal-focused admissions recruitment and enrollment team setting.
• Experience working with Technolutions Slate.
• Knowledge of conditional logic, liquid markup and query writing.
• Experience tracking and analyzing message performance to inform improvement.
• Competency in Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other technology applications.
• Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience adhering to brand standards.
• Experience working with Banner student information system.
