Job Summary/Basic Functions
We're looking for a passionate individual to join our dynamic organization as a Women's Basketball Assistant Coach. The Assistant Coach will assist in managing and directing the women's basketball program by performing responsible program building, including but not limited to; planning, coaching, recruiting, and assist in teaching PHYD 404. In addition, will be responsible for administrative duties within the department as assigned by the Director of Athletics. Work is performed under general supervision of the Head Coach as well as the Director of Athletics and performance evaluation is based upon completion of assignments and results obtained. The performance evaluation is conducted through the performance evaluation system and in accordance with the University Policies & Procedures.
