Job Summary/Basic Functions

The chief objectives of the position are to provide confidential consulting and research to SBDC clients in either virtual or in-person meetings and assist the SBDC Director in developing and managing outreach services for Planning Districts 16, 17, and 18. (Confidentiality and Conflict of Interest Agreements are required for this position.)

Required Experience:

(1) Prior experience teaching, training or routine public presentations.
(2) Management or Business Ownership Experience which can be determined by types of roles or verifiable accomplishments.

Preferred Experience: (1) Prior business ownership
(2) Experienced with client information management systems
(3) Prior experience in consulting or advising

Additional Considerations:

(1) Understands the application of organizational structures, legal liability, and marketing principles.
