Job Summary/Basic Functions
The Facilities Data Analyst is tasked with collecting and managing data to enhance the performance and efficiency of Facilities Operations. This role encompasses data collection, analysis, reporting, and ensuring accurate records pertaining to equipment maintenance, inventory management, project management, records archiving, and sustainability.
Required Experience:
· Documented experience in developing electronic document repositories from paper document sources.
· Knowledge of facilities management computerized maintenance management systems.
