Job Summary/Basic Functions
The Administrative & Program Support Assistant plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of the Center for International Education (CIE). This position provides vital administrative and programmatic support to professional staff, contributing to the success of international student services and study abroad programs.
Key responsibilities include streamlining office operations, managing internal and external communications, assisting with event planning and cultural programming, supporting financial administration and budgeting tasks, and maintaining accurate data for reporting and assessment. The role also involves direct and indirect support to students, helping to enhance their overall experience through responsive service and efficient use of existing systems.
This position requires a detail-oriented, organized, and culturally aware individual who is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, student-focused environment.

Required Experience:
Prior work in a university setting or a similar educational environment.
