Job Summary/Basic Functions

Create a welcoming and responsive environment to provide the highest professional customer services to campus guests, telephone callers, and email correspondence. Supervise the daily campus visit support of the Washington Guides (student tour guides). Provide administrative support for scheduling and event preparation and execution.

Required Experience:

Experience answering telephone and responding to electronic inquiries.
Experience using Microsoft Office software.

Additional Considerations:

Bilingual - Spanish speaker.
Experience working in high volume, public front line position.
Experience working with high school and college age students.
Experience using Banner/Slate.
Experience in an Admissions office or higher education, in general.
