Job Summary/Basic Functions
The Concierge Services Team is responsible for providing on-site assistance in the CRUC, the Digital Auditorium, and the Underground during weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) staffing the Information Desk in the CRUC, staffing events in the Digital Auditorium, staffing events in the Underground, setting up furniture in rooms for events, giving directions, answering questions about UMW, selling tickets, and may provide simple sound and lighting services for events. Training for all aspects of the position is provided by student supervisors and the Facilities and Events Manager.
Required KSAs/Competencies/Qualifications
Ability to deliver a high level of customer service to a diverse population, both internal and external; Skilled in effective oral and written communication.

Ability to analyze the needs of clients and to implement solutions for
events; Ability to handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions;
Knowledge of computers and job-related software programs
