Job Summary/Basic Functions

The Eagle Engagement Center is one of the main ways that UMW connects with our alumni, parents, and friends. We play a very important role for the University: to connect positively with our constituents, ensure that we have their most up-to-date information, such as address and email, so that they receive all of our event invites and campus updates. We also ask for their financial support to Mary Washington. At the beginning of the semester you choose whether you want to work Monday and Wednesday 6-9 pm or Tuesday and Thursday 6-9 pm. Additionally, each caller works a Sunday shift, Sunday A (1:30-4:30 pm) or Sunday B (5-8 pm). This is a great job to help boost your resume, build or strengthen telecommunication skills, connect with alumni, and is a networking opportunity among our thousands of alumni, parents, and friends.
