Job Summary/Basic Functions
Help Desk Student Associates provides technical support to the entire university community through phone, online and walk up services.
Required Experience:
Ability to work up to 35 hours a week.
Excellent customer service skills
Detail oriented
Effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to follow directions
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Current UMW student
