Job Summary/Basic Functions

The University of Mary Washington has a great opportunity to join our team as a Licensing/Marketing Coordinator. This position supports Business Services with efficient, student-centric and responsive coordination in this dynamic division to include Licensing, Contract Administration, Marketing and coordination with supplier and campus stakeholders.

Required KSAs/Competencies/Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following demonstrated KSAs:

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  
• Understanding of branding principles, design approval processes and basic principles related to licensing and intellectual property
  
• Working knowledge of WordPress or another website maintenance tool
  
• Ability to read, interpret and document procedures and workflow processes
  
• Ability to read, extract and organize data and recognize potential problems and opportunities
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with diverse stakeholders
  
• Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast- paced environment
  
• Ability to work independently, exercise good judgement, demonstrate initiative and be resourceful
  
• Business work experience
  

Required Experience:

• Experience interpreting data and creating reports
• General experience with databases
• Experience creating online surveys (Zarca /Qualtrics or similar)
• Experience working in a high traffic office

Additional Considerations:

• High school education or equivalent training and experience in the field of business
• Marketing experience
• Ability to create effective customer surveys
• Experience working in Higher Education
