
Title: ODR Student Aide - Morning Shift

Job Summary/Basic Functions
The ODR Student Aide will work at the ODR welcome desk, perform light office tasks, document remediation, serve as a test proctor, and complete other duties as assigned.
Required KSAs/Competencies/Qualifications
The ODR Student Aide must be able to: properly handle confidential information; communicate in person, over-the-phone, and in writing; have attention to detail; have organizational skills; have computer proficiency; remediate documents (after provided training); work independently and as a team; monitor test-takers as a proctor; be able to sit and/or stand, lift a minimum of 15 pounds, bend/reach and navigate the entire campus; be comfortable working alone in the ODR office; have familiarity with the ODR website.
Required Experience:
Basic computer literacy.
